Cheryl Carey

Cheryl Carey, SHRM - SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Director of HRIS and HR Operations at Year Up, where responsibilities include managing a team of five and acting as the primary liaison between HR and IT, overseeing the design and deployment of various HRIS applications. Prior to this role, Cheryl held multiple positions at Comcast Cable, culminating in the role of Sr. Manager of Shared Services and Director of HRIS and Compensation, focusing on SAP transaction handling, project management, and developing national training modules among other initiatives. Cheryl holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and has extensive experience in human resources and business operations.
