Claire Borelli

Claire Borelli is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at TIAA, where responsibilities include overseeing HR strategy and execution, talent management, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Claire served as Chief Diversity and Talent Officer at Pierce College and has been an Advisory Board Member for Year Up since 2016. Claire also held significant positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Chief Human Resources Officer for the Consumer Bank, and previously worked as Managing Director of Human Resources at UBS Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch. Claire holds an Executive Coaching degree from Columbia Business School and has educational background from Temple University.
