Crystal Taylor

Crystal Taylor serves as the Director of Student Services for the Business Career Pathway at Year Up United, where responsibilities include leading initiatives on antiracism and coalition building among staff. Taylor's career spans various roles in social work, including significant positions at New Jersey, Teaneck High School, Rutgers University, Family Connections, Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen, and Drew University. Notable achievements include developing the Bergen County Therapeutic Services Guidebook and implementing the “Student Hot Lunch” program. Crystal Taylor holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Drew University.
