Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up since June 2021, Debbie oversees a regional team focused on enhancing internship opportunities for young adults with major corporations. Previous roles include Associate Director of Corporate Engagement and Internship Services Manager at Year Up, where key achievements include significant reductions in internship attrition rates and successful event executions. Additionally, Debbie has held various positions in higher education, such as Acting Director and Career Advisor at East Stroudsburg University, providing strategic direction and support for students' career paths. With a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University, Debbie combines a strong educational foundation with a commitment to empowering young professionals.
