Eric Westphal, MBA, is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Year Up United, leading efforts in global workforce strategy and economic development. They previously served as the New York Operations Leader at Deloitte, where they managed extensive office operations and developed innovative workplace strategies. With a strong background in operations and workforce analytics, they were responsible for global workforce strategy and HR operations at Cognizant, including the establishment of the Cognizant U.S. Foundation to support technology education initiatives. Additionally, Eric contributed as a Board Member for Per Scholas and is currently an Advisory Board Member for Apprenticeships for America. They earned their MBA from Fordham University, where they were recognized as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
