Erin Mann

Erin Mann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in alumni engagement and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement at Year Up since June 2016, Erin has progressed through various roles within the organization, showcasing significant leadership in alumni relations. Prior to Year Up, Erin worked as the National Director for the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship Program from July 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included strategic planning and revenue development. As the Women's Leadership Program Manager at The Impact Center, Erin developed selection guidelines for a national fellowship program and fostered partnerships with various institutions. Erin's career began at CFM Strategic Communications as a Federal Affairs Associate, where legislative monitoring and managing appropriations requests were key responsibilities. Erin holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
