Firdaws Dahmani serves as the Helpdesk Manager (Associate Director) and Client Services Support Lead at Year Up since April 2018, providing exceptional customer support for various IT applications and supervising day-to-day IT client services operations. Prior to this, Firdaws held the positions of IT Services and Support Specialist 1 and Helpdesk and Desktop Support intern at LogMeIn from July 2017 to January 2018, where responsibilities included diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring IT equipment, and managing tickets in a fast-paced environment. Firdaws achieved recognition for resolving a high volume of support tickets and successfully contributed to onboarding new hires through equipment setup. Firdaws holds a certification in Information Technology from Year Up United (2017-2018).
