Gabrielle Humm

Gabrielle Humm, M.S. currently serves as the Site Director for Year Up, overseeing multisite application development and a variety of programmatic functions aimed at fostering a positive culture and ensuring high-quality program delivery. With prior experience as the Associate Director of Student Services, Gabrielle has demonstrated strong leadership in developing strategic initiatives and improving operational procedures to enhance student outcomes. Previous positions include Area Team Manager and Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools of the Dallas Region, where management of staff and programming, data analysis, and resource development were key responsibilities. Gabrielle's early career included roles such as Case Manager and Teen CONTACT Program Manager, where advocacy for youth mental health and educational support were emphasized. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Youth Developmental Leadership from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with additional studies in Psychology and Health Education.
