Ilisa Aronow

Ilisa Aronow serves as the Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up since March 2018, having previously held the position of Associate Director for Partner Operations. Prior to joining Year Up, Ilisa spent 25 years at Fidelity Investments, progressing to the role of Principal Data Analyst and contributing significantly to corporate volunteer initiatives, where recognition as a Premier Volunteer was received annually. Ilisa's professional experience includes driving systemic changes in departmental functions, training and mentoring staff, and conducting comprehensive data analysis. In addition to corporate roles, Ilisa is active in various volunteer organizations, providing mentorship and support in reading, diversity initiatives, and career readiness for veterans. Ilisa holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Human Services, and Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis.
