Joan Carey

Joan Carey is currently the National Director at Year Up and is responsible for overseeing Organizational Development, Staff Learning, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics functions. Prior to this role, Joan has held various leadership positions in companies such as FIS, Port Authority of NY & NJ, and S&P Global, where Joan demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Joan holds an MBA from St. John's University and a BBA in Marketing from Marymount University.
