Joshua Grady is an experienced technician with a strong background in information technology. Currently employed at Jumpstart since September 2013, Joshua specializes in troubleshooting client computers remotely and archiving company announcements. Additionally, Joshua has been with Year Up since January 2013, focusing on reimaging laptops and setting up phone lines for staff across Learning Communities.
