Justin J. Pearson

Justin J. Pearson is an experienced professional committed to closing the Opportunity Divide in America, currently serving as the Special Assistant to the CEO and Internship Services Specialist at Year Up since January 2018. In this role, Justin supports over 40 students during their internships in Greater Boston, providing mentorship and guidance. Prior experiences include serving as an Analyst at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, where Justin helped small businesses with growth strategies, and as Executive Director & Founder of Camp Hope, promoting youth advocacy in high-poverty areas. Justin has also held board positions with the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Alumni Advisory Board and State Farm's Youth Advisory Board, among other roles. Justin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College and attended Princeton University for additional studies in health administration and policy.
