Katherine Kent is a seasoned professional in youth and corporate engagement, currently serving as the Director of Placement Success at Year Up since March 2017. Previously, Katherine held multiple leadership roles at Year Up, focusing on corporate partnerships, internship services, and team management, with notable achievements including significant increases in intern retention and conversion rates. Katherine's earlier experience includes roles as a Career Navigator at JVS Boston and a YouthBuild Case Manager at Blackstone Valley Community Action Program, where direct support for underserved youth was emphasized. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington.
