Latonya Hines

Latonya Hines currently serves as the Site Director for Year Up Jacksonville, responsible for program outcomes and partnership management with Florida State College-Jacksonville. With extensive experience in admissions and community outreach, Latonya has held various roles at Year Up, including Director and Associate Director of Admissions and Outreach, focusing on diversifying recruitment efforts and managing partnerships. Previously, Latonya was the Internship Services Manager, providing critical support for intern success, and has also coordinated operations and special projects within the organization. In addition to work at Year Up, Latonya is the owner and principal photographer at In Hines Sight Photography since 2005. Previous experience includes Director of Admissions and Executive Administration at Celebration Christian Academy and Office Manager at Flint Group. Latonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University.
