Laura Haynes

Laura Haynes is the Director of Talent Administration at Year Up since February 2022. Previously, Laura served as the Manager of the HR Resource Team at Magellan Health from July 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR service delivery, managing a team of HR Specialists, and improving employee inquiry processes. Laura's notable contributions included designing the Rotational Apprenticeship Program, significantly reducing processing times for educational assistance reimbursements, and enhancing service delivery strategies. Laura began their career at Magellan Health as a Human Resources Intern, gaining experience in performance management and employee relations. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Foreign Languages from Stonehill College.
