Luci Ponder has extensive experience in academia and technology, currently serving as the Director of Academics at Year Up since February 2009, along with various roles such as Industry Skills Centralized Instructor and Academic Consultant. Prior experience includes positions as an Adjunct Instructor and Lecturer at Kennesaw State University, as well as roles in technical support and business analysis at Indus International and Docucorp International, respectively. Luci’s earlier career also featured a role as Project Coordinator of Information Technology for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
