Matt McCann serves as the Senior Director of Alumni Advancement at Year Up, focusing on improving outcomes for a growing alumni base of over 32,000 individuals. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Year Up since 2001, achievements include developing an alumni-led strategy and managing strategic projects for program performance across multiple sites. Prior to Year Up, Matt held management positions at Razorfish, Conduit Communications, and PC Connection, as well as product management roles at Sun Microsystems, Wang Laboratories, Data General, and international consulting at Wang Laboratories. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dartmouth College and participated in an exchange program for Economics and Philosophy at The University of Edinburgh.
