Meera Krishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of education and financial services. Currently serving as the Founder of Support to Succeed, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing access to licensed financial services roles for diverse adults, Meera has previously held multiple leadership positions at Year Up, including the role of Scalable Solutions Consultant, where work focused on fostering collaboration in the life sciences sector. As the Academic Director, Meera successfully implemented initiatives that improved student retention and internship-to-job conversion rates. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Community Group, where instructional and strategic planning efforts led to significant improvements in school performance, and an impactful tenure as a Senior Fellow in the Office of Mayor Kevin Johnson, focusing on education reform. An alumnus of Harvard Business School with an MBA and Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, Meera Krishnan's career reflects a deep commitment to elevating underrepresented individuals in professional pathways.
