Melissa Shrader

Melissa Shrader has extensive experience in leadership and strategic account management, currently serving as the Strategic Accounts Director at YPO since November 2010. With a focus on fostering global leadership among chief executives, Melissa played a pivotal role in launching the YPO Global Strategic Partnerships department and managing key industry networks. In addition to work at YPO, Melissa co-chairs the Education Committee for the Women's Giving Alliance, contributing to the advancement of strategic philanthropy in Northeast Florida, and serves on the board of the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville to promote global awareness. With previous roles in sales management at the American Culinary Federation and development coordination at The Grove Counseling Center, Melissa possesses a strong background in marketing and relationship management. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
