Priscilla Weinstein

Priscilla Weinstein currently serves as the Senior Director of Program Quality & Delivery at Year Up, a role held since June 2007, where focus is on providing urban young adults with essential technical and professional skills, along with internship opportunities. Previous positions at Year Up include Founding Site Director for Roxbury and North Shore Community College, where Priscilla managed a team and maintained successful program metrics, and Interim Senior Director of Program, overseeing multiple teams to ensure quality programming. Before these roles, Priscilla was Associate Director of Internship Services and Program Manager, leading efforts to enhance student retention and placement rates. Priscilla began a career in human resources as a Human Resource Assistant at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
