Rachel Marini

Rachel Marini is an experienced professional in program facilitation and employment placement, currently serving as the National Program Facilitator and Associate Director at Year Up since December 2021. In this role, Rachel specializes in developing virtual training solutions to empower Opportunity Talent across the United States. Previously, as an Employment Placement Manager, Rachel successfully coordinated the training and placement of over 150 young adults annually and fostered strong relationships with local hiring managers. Rachel's prior experience includes serving as Chapter Director for The Women's Social Club, where community engagement and relationship-building were key focuses. Additional experience includes a Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Hueman RPO and Area Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida, where Rachel demonstrated commitment to mentorship and youth development. Rachel holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Marist University and a Bachelor's in Middle Level Education from Penn State University.
