Rich L.

Rich L. currently serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Philanthropy at Year Up, where the mission focuses on closing the Opportunity Divide for young adults by providing essential skills and support for professional careers and higher education. Previously, Rich held various leadership positions in advancement roles at Lincoln University, including Director of Annual Giving and Acting Director of Alumni Relations, contributing to fundraising efforts and alumni engagement strategies. Rich also served as Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Arcadia University, overseeing programming to strengthen alumni networks. Rich's career began with an internship at Beasley Broadcast Group, where skills in promotions and communications were developed. Rich holds an MBA from Liberty University, a Master of Leadership Development from Penn State Great Valley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Lincoln University.
