Sophia Johnson

Sophia Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Corporate Engagement – LLA Placement Success Manager and Internship Service Manager at Year Up, where responsibilities include matching learners with internship opportunities at Fortune 500 companies and contributing to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee. Previously, Sophia worked as a Student Success Coordinator for the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office, overseeing project management for youth employment initiatives, and as the Westside Works Operations Manager at TechBridge, Inc., focusing on operational quality and team efficiency. Additional experience includes serving as a Probation Officer for Fulton County Government, a Substitute Teacher for Clayton County Public Schools, and a Police Officer with the Atlanta Police Department.
