Tom Vogel

Tom Vogel currently serves as the Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up, focusing on workforce readiness for Opportunity youth in Tampa Bay and assisting corporations with hiring candidates. Previous experience includes roles such as Head of Sales at Economic Impact Catalyst, where Tom developed strategies for entrepreneurship-led economic development, and Sr Client Service Associate at Altus Receivables Management, fostering strong client partnerships. Tom also held positions as Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales at Hunter Warfield, where Tom led sales teams and developed client relationships. In earlier roles, Tom managed media sales at Gazette Communications and Hibu, achieving significant revenue targets, and began a career in education as a Student Assistance Counselor. Tom earned a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Coe College.
