Xiaosu Li

Xiaosu Li serves as the Director of Enrollment at Year Up United, focusing on recruitment strategy, student transition processes, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance programmatic outcomes. With a strong background in enrollment solutions, Xiaosu has previously held roles that involved launching programs across multiple cities, managing data analytics with Salesforce, and building key stakeholder relationships to diversify recruitment pipelines. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Boston Partners in Education, where relationship-building and program execution were paramount, as well as substantial roles at Boston Public Schools and The Walt Disney Company. Xiaosu holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Northeastern University and additional qualifications in Community Leadership and Social Change from Tufts University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Central Michigan University.
