Mathieu Durand

Mathieu Durand has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mathieu currently serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of Yeasty, a company focused on repurposing yeasts from craft and industrial breweries for human consumption. Mathieu has been involved in the development of Yeasty since its inception in October 2020. Prior to this, Mathieu was a project manager and entrepreneur within the Shaker program at Genopole, working on the revaluation of yeast for human food. Mathieu achieved recognition as a winner of the Maturation Jury from the AgroParisTech Foundation. Before that, Mathieu worked as a student intern at AgroParisTech, where they gained practical knowledge in the field of living sciences and the environment. Mathieu also worked as a versatile agent at the National Institute of Blood Transfusion and as an assistant brewer at La Guinche, a craft brewery.
