Mathieu Durand has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mathieu currently serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of Yeasty, a company focused on repurposing yeasts from craft and industrial breweries for human consumption. Mathieu has been involved in the development of Yeasty since its inception in October 2020.
