Max Leca is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in healthcare and digital consulting. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Kento Health, Max is focused on transforming cardiovascular care through innovative programs developed in partnership with Mayo Clinic. Additionally, as an Executive Advisor at Yeji Data Lab, expertise is leveraged to drive AI solutions across various industries. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Dialogue, where clinical operations were built and scaled leading to a successful IPO and significant acquisition by Sun Life. Max also has a foundation in corporate strategy through positions at Strategy& and ALTEN Canada, where substantial growth and revenue were achieved. Education includes an Executive Program in Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from SKEMA Business School.
