Nikki P. has over 15 years of work experience in the Quality Assurance and Graphic Design fields. Nikki began their career in 2002 as a Production Designer at the Chicago Tribune Media Group. In 2005, they moved to Kipling Homes and Development as a Graphic Artist, where they were responsible for creating GUI and UX designs for marketing, production, and any documentation necessary for the sales team. In 2006, Nikki P. joined American Technical Publishers as a QA Lead, where they participated in functional, black box, gray box, GUI, regression (full and target), compatibility, user acceptance, and smoke testing for software, web (HTML/CSS, actionscript), LMS, Moodle, and mobile applications. In 2018, they moved to Qualitest as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for reading/deciphering BRDs, FRSs and developing test suites and cases for manual testing of kiosks, software, web, and mobile applications in functionality, end-to-end, and black box testing. Finally, in 2018, Nikki P. joined Yello.co as a Senior Test Engineer I, where their primary responsibilities consist of manual, exploratory, functionality, UX/UI, smoke, and regression testing of intricate web-based application and services (SaaS) for desktop.

Nikki P. earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Illustration from Northern Illinois University.
