Morgan Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they started as a Team Member at Pizza Hut and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Morgan served as a Food Server at Cottesmore Of Life Care. In 2016, they became a Program Coordinator at Red Barn Youth Center, where they worked until 2017. Morgan then joined Allison's Furniture as an Office Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to AGD Auto Glass & Tint Co., first as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Corporate Administrator until 2020. From 2021 to 2022, Morgan worked at Embry Women's Health, initially as a Corporate Client Relationship Coordinator and later as a Corporate Sales Coordinator. They then joined YellowBird in 2021 as a Professional Outreach Manager and subsequently became a Community Engagement Manager in 2022. Finally, Morgan founded Mission Board Consulting in 2022, where they currently serve as the Founder.

Morgan Serrano obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Olympic College, which was completed between the years 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they have earned several certifications from HubSpot Academy. They obtained the certifications in Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Inbound Marketing in the months of September and December 2022.
