Eric Hagfors

Eric Hagfors is a Software Support Engineer at Yellowfin BI since September 2018, where responsibilities include providing high-level business intelligence application support, quality assurance, and testing, as well as managing the pipeline between development and customer experience. Eric has created documentation, provided team updates, and maintained infrastructure and operations, working with technologies such as Java, Tomcat, SQL, VMWare, Linux, Docker, networking, security, and web integrations. Notable clients include Toyota, BMC, the US Court System, and Coca-Cola, while also directing support operations during merger and acquisition processes. Prior to Yellowfin BI, Eric served as an IT Engineer at Red Rock Radio Corporation from May 2013 to June 2018, managing IT operations for a 30-station broadcast company and gaining experience in AOIP, networking, broadcast engineering, and system administration. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Bellevue College, with an expected completion date in 2026.
