Stef de Graaf

Stef de Graaf serves as the Head of Delivery at Yellowtail, managing the People & Culture portfolio within the management team. With a strong background in business consulting and service delivery, Stef has held various roles, including Head of Service Delivery and Product Manager, where they focused on the successful implementation of GRC projects. Prior experience includes positions at Blue Stone and ITDS Business Consultants, where they honed skills in sales and consultancy. Stef holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from both the University of Amsterdam and the University of Dar es Salaam, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam.
