Cheol (David) Kwon is a highly experienced data scientist with a robust background in teaching and educational development. Currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist at Yelp since September 2015, Kwon has also held roles as a Data Scientist and Lead Data Scientist within the same organization. Prior experience includes self-employment on various personal projects since 2007, such as developing an interactive fractal generator and a game focused on Bayesian reasoning. Kwon contributed to The Data Incubator as a Scholar in 2015, where a project was developed to predict future Amazon product ratings.
