Shuting Xi is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Model Platform team at Yelp since October 2018, previously serving as a senior software engineer on the Core ML team. At Yelp, Shuting contributed significantly as project lead for the Model Platform, developing a unified ML technology platform that streamlines the process from model training to serving. Prior to Yelp, Shuting worked at Tapad as a software engineer in the ETL team, focusing on GDPR implementation and designing data ingestion pipelines for processing large volumes of data. Shuting holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Xiamen University.
