YEP Ethiopia turns leadership development into lasting behavioural change. Our two-year program helps managers and emerging leaders become more effective with a proven, practical approach.
Forget long lectures and heavy theory. Instead, participants engage in high-impact, interactive sessions, gamified learning, and hands-on practice through our AACSB-certified curriculum, designed to drive real and lasting change.
We believe transformation truly sticks when it’s reinforced in the workplace. That’s why we actively involve employers and direct reports throughout the journey, fostering accountability, alignment, and visible progress on the job.

The result? Leaders who don’t just understand leadership principles but live them every day.

The total cost for the 2-year program is €3,500 (excluding VAT), or the equivalent amount in Ethiopian Birr based on the current exchange rate
