Ingeborg Tros

Ingeborg Tros has extensive experience in the social domain, working in various capacities such as trainer, consultant, and policy officer since 1991. Tros developed welfare policies at Gemeente Landerd and conducted training on WMO, Jeugdwet, and Participatiewet regulations for organizations like SOSV Opleidingen, YER, and Bender Groep. Tros’s educational background includes qualifications in social pedagogy, systemically working, and team coaching, complemented by a focus on practical application in training settings.
