Johan Overgaauw

Johan Overgaauw is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and operations within the recruitment and education sectors. Currently serving as Group CEO and Directeur YER Nederland at YER since December 2011, Johan is responsible for the overall management and operational functions of the organization. Previous roles include Operations Director and General Manager, where Johan focused on developing product groups in education, social security, and healthcare. At Maandag®, from February 2006 to August 2011, Johan held various leadership positions including Sales Director for the Netherlands and regional management roles. Johan's early career involved positions at Alexander Calder as a Job-Hunter and at Albert Heijn as a Sales Manager. Johan holds a Post-HBO in Hogere Bedrijskunde from ISBW Opleiding & Training and a bachelor's degree in HBO Lerarenopleiding Economie from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
