Kaj Hendriks

Kaj Hendriks has extensive experience in youth consultancy and project management, currently serving as a Jeugdconsulent at Gemeente Maastricht since January 2025 and as a Projectconsultant at YER since September 2021. Additional roles include being Zelfstandige bij Blauwdruk Dertien since May 2023, and serving as Jeugdconsulent at Gemeente Cranendonck and Gemeente Landgraaf, as well as a Gezins- en Jongerencoach at Gemeente Helmond. Earlier positions include Trajectbegeleider at Buro Andersom B.V. and a minor in coaching staff in the care and welfare sector at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen. Kaj Hendriks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogiek from HAN University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies at Radboud University and other institutions.
