Max Mesman

Max Mesman is a dedicated professional in spatial planning and development, currently serving as Beleidsmedewerker Fysieke Leefomgeving at Gemeente Rijssen-Holten since July 2024, focusing on principle requests and spatial procedures. With extensive experience as Projectconsultant Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling at YER since July 2021, Max completed a two-year traineeship in spatial planning in September 2023 and continues to contribute his expertise. Previous roles include serving as Beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling at Gemeente Berg en Dal, Casemanager Omgevingsvergunning at Gemeente Halderberge, and conducting research for a thesis at Rijkswaterstaat. Additionally, Max has a diverse background that includes logistical and manual roles in several companies, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Planning and a traineeship focusing on spatial development from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Envire.
