Patrick Arends

Patrick Arends has extensive experience in the field of social welfare and legal quality assurance, with a career spanning several roles since 1997. Currently, Patrick serves as a Kwaliteitsmedewerker Toezicht & Ondersteuning, Trainer, and Juridisch Kwaliteitsadviseur within YER, focusing on the Participatiewet across multiple municipalities including Venlo and Maastricht. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Kwaliteitsmedewerker and Juridisch Kwaliteitsmedewerker for various municipalities, including Gemeente Helmond and Gemeente Sittard-Geleen. Patrick began a career in the financial sector, holding diverse positions within banking and insurance before moving into social services. Education credentials include a Doctorandus in Beleids- en Organisatiewetenschappen from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economisch Juridisch from Heao Sittard.
