Yossi Bash

Yossi Bash is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in help desk management and customer support. Currently serving as the IT Help Desk Team Leader and previously as an IT Help Desk Agent at yes since November 2019, Yossi has developed strong leadership and technical skills. Prior experience includes roles as a Credit Consultant and Internet Support Specialist at Bank Hapoalim from June 2011 to December 2018, and as a Customer Service Specialist at Kvish6 from August 2008 to November 2010. Yossi holds a Diploma in Cyber/Computer Forensics from John Bryce (2019), a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ruppin Academic Center (2015), and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ariel University (2008).
