Thomas LaBarre has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Thomas started their career at Coty Inc. in 1995, where they held various sales and sales management positions, responsible for selling Coty Beauty products to CVS, Kmart, Rite Aid, Target, and Walgreens. Thomas consistently exceeded sales objectives and strengthened core competencies of their team members. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Target Sales at Coty Inc., where they successfully integrated the Coty Beauty Business with newly acquired Del Brands. Thomas turned a declining business into one that delivered consistent growth for six consecutive quarters. In 2009, they became the Director of Field Sales at Coty Inc., where they were in charge of managing and selling Coty Beauty products to HEB, Fred Meyer, Kohl's, Kroger, Military, and Meijer. Thomas demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and consistently exceeded sales goals. In 2015, they joined Yes To Inc. as the VP of Sales - Mass, Food, and Specialty Accounts, responsible for the sales of Yes To Natural products across mass, food, and specialty retailers in the US and Canada. Thomas has a proven track record of building strong retailer relationships and achieving sales objectives.
Thomas LaBarre received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from St. Cloud State University. Thomas attended the university from 1975 to 1980.
