Constance Phillips

Constance Phillips, LMSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in working with incarcerated males. Currently serving as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at YesCare since April 2023, Constance assesses individual needs, providing therapeutic strategies and support to address mental health challenges. Prior roles include Social Work Specialist at Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services and Licensed Mental Health Professional at Wexford Health Sources, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Constance has also served as a Social Worker for the Alabama Department of Human Resources, investigating child abuse and neglect, and as a Public Health Social Worker at the Alabama Department of Public Health. Constance holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Montevallo.
