Vincent Barr is the Founder and CEO of Operator, a boutique growth consultancy focused on customer acquisition and demand generation for a diverse range of high-growth companies, from startups to Fortune 500s, since May 2019. Prior to this role, Vincent operated as a consultant in marketing, analytics, and experimentation, serving notable clients such as Google, Prudential Financial, and Citibank from March 2016 to May 2019. Vincent's career includes positions at 5W Public Relations, MongoDB, Inc., and Jet.com, along with advisory roles and facilitation in data science and cyber security at Decoded. Vincent is also recognized as Distinguished Faculty and an instructor at General Assembly, and holds a dual degree in MBA and MEM from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a B.A. in English and Sociology from The College of William and Mary.
