Alexandra Pailhes

Alexandra Pailhes, CFA, serves as the Head of Investments at Open CNP, the corporate venture arm of CNP Assurances, focusing on investments in European Seed to Series B start-ups in the Fintech, Assurtech, and e-Health sectors. With extensive experience in private equity and investment management, Alexandra has held various significant roles, including Seed Investor at RunYourself and Board Observer positions at InterCloud and TEHTRIS. Alexandra has been a Board Member at YesWeHack and Climb since late 2022 and early 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Fund Manager and Private Equity Analyst at Aviva Investors and a Senior Research Associate at Capital IQ. Alexandra holds a DESS in Entreprise et Marche Europeen from Paris-Sud University and a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
