Dorthy currently serves as the Head of PMO at Yethi Consulting, a role they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from 2007 to 2017. Dorthy is pursuing education at IRDA, Mount Carmel College, and St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), while also studying to become a Lean Six Sigma practitioner at the International Six Sigma Institute.
