Yeti Distillery is one of Nepal’s leading spirits companies, renowned for crafting premium, award-winning spirits rooted in heritage and innovation. With a strong domestic presence and over two decades of experience, Yeti Distillery continues to expand its portfolio of high-quality products, while remaining deeply committed to craftsmanship inspired by Nepal’s rich culture and traditions. In 2015, it entered the premium segment with its flagship brands — Old Durbar Whisky and 8848 Vodka — setting a new benchmark in Nepal’s spirits industry.

Founded in the 1970s as Shankar Distillery by Santa Kumar Shrestha, the company was revived and renamed Yeti Distillery in 2003. The company is now led by Abhishek Shrestha, a third-generation entrepreneur overseeing technical operations, and Ravi K.C., Chairman and Head of Sales and Marketing, who brings over 30 years of industry experience. Together, they are driving Yeti Distillery’s growth across spirits, brewing, and hospitality — with a shared vision of bringing Nepali excellence to the global stage.
