Ashley Jackson

Ashley Jackson is currently the UX/UI Director for Web at Yext, where they lead the design strategy for five global websites and the design system. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Design Manager at Hearsay Systems and Design Lead at Shift, overseeing brand and visual design strategies. Ashley served as Editor-in-Chief for Syracuse University's oldest publication, the Syracuse Yearbook, managing a diverse team through multiple deadlines. Their early career includes experience as an intern at iCrossing and a Designer at RichRelevance, where they implemented UX/UI principles across various corporate sites. Ashley is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
