Caroline Gould

Caroline Gould is an experienced professional in the field of training, help, and developer documentation, currently serving as the Director at Yext since August 2013, with a progressive career path in the organization that includes roles such as Senior Manager and Product Documentation Manager. Prior to Yext, Caroline completed internships at the College of the Holy Cross, where planning and editing for Holy Cross Magazine took place, and at Edward Street Child Services, where a monthly newsletter and a community event were developed. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a concentration in Latin American Latino Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and also studied abroad at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
