Darryl Bond

Darryl Bond is the current CFO at Yext. Prior to this, they worked at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2002 to December 2014 as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services. In this role, they advised clients on assessing working capital targets, cash flow forecasting, SEC reporting, and GAAP accounting. Darryl was also responsible for identifying quality of earnings and other adjustments that enabled clients to negotiate purchase price reductions. In addition, they prepared and interpreted complex financial analyses to understand business drivers of target companies and presented findings to senior management of targets, bidders and clients. Darryl has also provided support to large multinational companies and on a number of cross-border projects.

Darryl Bond received their MBA from Columbia Business School and their BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Connecticut. Darryl is a certified CPA.
