Hailey Whipple

Hailey Whipple has extensive experience in customer success and business operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Yext since July 2018, after holding various roles within the company, including Senior Business Operations Manager and Business Operations Manager. Prior to Yext, Hailey gained valuable internship experience at Elo Touch Solutions as an HR Intern and at Royal Street Ventures, while also working as a High Profile Nanny from June 2010 to May 2017. Additional experience includes a role as Operations and Sales Intern at Joli Boutique, where notable achievements included developing sales systems and managing social media. Hailey demonstrated leadership and organizational skills as Vice President of Member Education and Vice President Panhellenic Delegate at Beta Kappa Delta Gamma during college. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership from The University of Kansas, obtained in 2018.
